We are consistent in our actions, being consistent with our principles.


We care about fulfilling all our commitments, both with our external and internal public, always seeking that our actions do not affect the rights of others.


We carry out our work with an ethical standard, acting responsibly in all situations and relationships with our stakeholders. We inform ourselves about the provisions that the company must comply with so that our actions and relationships are always within the framework of the law, promoting good practices and fair competition, rejecting all fraudulent and illegal conduct. We do not resort to dishonest dealings with clients and suppliers in the private sector or with public officials, nor do we use gifts, favors, invitations, commissions, fees, money or payments of any kind to achieve our business goals.


We are fully committed to fighting against all forms of bribery and corruption. No collaborator of ours will buy from other people through bribery, either directly or indirectly, in order to obtain services or any other benefit. In the exercise of their duties, no Loopbond employee will solicit or accept from another person, whether directly or indirectly, any type of bribe. The promise, offer, request, payment or acceptance of any form of bribe is a violation of our company policy, may constitute a criminal offense and will result in appropriate disciplinary action (including a possible breach of your employment contract) for the collaborator of the company in question.


We comply with transmitting detailed and understandable information. We communicate honestly, transparently and truthfully. We transmit information in a timely manner to all our interest groups, in compliance with the regulations that exist on publications. We keep financial information and accounting books and records in order and up to date.


We check the information we use, ensuring that it comes from a reliable source, and we provide the information in the same way, acting in accordance with due diligence.  

The Loopbond Code of Ethics is a framework and guidance for our behaviors and decisions in daily work, based on the principles and values ​that guide our company: Integrity, commitment, fairness, confidentiality, respect for the person, work in team and innovation. ​

At Loopbond, we promote an ethical culture supported by values. The directors, managers, officers and collaborators of the company as a whole guide our individual behavior based on our values, putting them into action in the performance of our work and in making decisions. ​

This Code of Ethics applies to all of us who are part of our organization, regardless of their position or level within the company.

For this reason, we treat all people fairly, regardless of their ethnic origin, social condition, nationality, sexuality, religion, political opinion, age, disability, personal life, health status, etc.; respecting human rights.

Likewise, we promote a work environment free of harassment and bullying. Abusive, hostile and offensive behavior, forced, compulsory, underage labor, or any other act that threatens the well-being of other people, are not accepted.
